The first picture shows the outside of the Presidential Palace (Radziwill). The second picture is of the side of the Nozyk Synagogue; the front was under repair and had been damaged by an arsonist in 1998. The third shows a typical, gray apartment block in the former Jewish Ghetto area. The fourth one is of Marc Porzecanski standing in front of the overwhelming Palace of Culture and Science.
